Sale and use of electronic signature certificates
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CERTIFICATES
The National Certification Services Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies provides e-signature and authentication certificates to citizens, government agencies, individuals and legal entities. Last year 40516 e-signature certificates issued to citizens, 15618 – to government agencies, 15166 – to legal entities and individuals. A total of over 40,000 e-signature certificates were issued in 2018. During the period from 2011 to 2018, 166896 e-signature certificates were issued.
TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED WITH ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
As the number of certificates issued by the National Certification Services Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies increases, the number of transactions conducted with these certificates also grows.
